regular Bible study

i joined Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) this year and learnt a lot from the weekly Bible classes. this year is going to round up by the end of May. next year, the theme is the Book of John.

BSF will hold an introductory class to those who want to join. the medium of instruction and discussion is English. (about speaking in English.....well, most of the time, i cannot discuss very flutely (blush, blush, blush #__# ), i still go ahead, because learning and speaking in God's language is far more important than how i present myself lar. ^___^)

Numbers

i have finished studying the Book of Numbers. though i skimmed through it very long ago, i did not understand the message behind. i thought it was a book about census, facts, names, and places that i could hardly relate to. but, i was wrong.

it was just enjoyable to read and study it. yes, it is full of numbers. yet, amazingly enough, the numbers are telling God's grace and His faithfulness.

mentees

見過我的 yw mentees之後，
想記中三中文科王老師的一句說話，

當時，
正想上課反斗搞同學之際，
王老師語重心長說︰
「你哋乖d 喇，以前d 女仔好似你哋咁大，己經做咗人呀媽...」

於是，
我乖乖地上課。

我的mentees們，非常乖巧，醒目，應變快 (um...有時...有時我都幾醒目~)
又因這是一個Career guidance的計劃，
自然談到工作生涯規劃，
每一年接收的mentees都有不同的志願，有想成為時裝設計師﹑記者﹑律師﹑舞者﹑飛機師﹑stylist...

有趣的是，她們的性格，總會和她們志願所要有的質素，有很大的差別。
或許，這是一個尋找自己最理想的自我... (只限於我那一lot mentees，其他組別的小妹妹可能不同。)

於是，當她們長大一年，志願也改變過來。

希望她們各人都安好， 做甚麼工作，要過怎麼樣的生活好也好，平安﹑快樂就好了！

以賽亞書53章

我們所傳的〔或作所傳與我們的〕有誰信呢？耶和華的膀臂向誰顯露呢？
他在耶和華面前生長如嫩芽，像根出於乾地。他無佳形美容，我們看見他的時候，也無美貌使我們羨慕他。
他被藐視，被人厭棄，多受痛苦，常經憂患。他被藐視，好像被人掩面不看的一樣﹔我們也不尊重他。

他誠然擔當我們的憂患，背負我們的痛苦﹔我們卻以為他受責罰，被　神擊打苦待了。
那知他為我們的過犯受害，為我們的罪孽壓傷。因他受的刑罰我們得平安﹔因他受的鞭傷我們得醫治。
我們都如羊走迷，各人偏行己路。耶和華使我們眾人的罪孽都歸在他身上。
他被欺壓，在受苦的時候卻不開口〔或作他受欺壓卻自卑不開口〕。他像羊羔被牽到宰殺之地，又像羊在剪毛的人手下無聲，他也是這樣不開口。

因受欺壓和審判，他被奪去，至於他同世的人，誰想他受鞭打、從活人之地被剪除，是因我百姓的罪過呢？
他雖然未行強暴，口中也沒有詭詐，人還使他與惡人同埋﹔誰知死的時候與財主同葬。

耶和華卻定意〔或作喜悅〕將他壓傷，使他受痛苦﹔耶和華以他為贖罪祭〔或作他獻本身為贖罪祭〕他必看見後裔，並且延長年日。耶和華所喜悅的事必在他手中亨通。
他必看見自己勞苦的功效，便心滿意足。有許多人因認識我的義僕得稱為義，並且他要擔當他們的罪孽。
所以我要使他與位大的同分，與強盛的均分擄物。因為他將命傾倒，以致於死。他也被列在罪犯之中。他卻擔當多人的罪，又為罪犯代求。

今晚晚餐由我主理，
家常便飯，
三餸一飯加糖水，
煮過以後，深深佩服阿媽....
要在一個小時之內煮好飯，是極不容易。
更何況，阿媽是煮三味以上，好勁！

細佬會帶not & zero去旅行，
去墾丁，海角七號
於是我做了一對travellers' size，方便攜帶，又不會太大；
亦不會太細，好似mini size not & zero，幫過佢哋影相都知道，有時人會out-focus，或者，個人就好清楚，不過，背景朦查查。

高度大約有...17cm啦！

材料︰
材料方面，因為時間關係，
全選用雪櫃有的所有材料，
且看今晚有咩料...有排骨﹑薯仔﹑紅蘿蔔...

方法︰
(1) 炆!
(2) 上碟前，加黑胡椒及bacon bites

顏色配搭︰
黃色系列，黃(薯仔)﹑橙(紅蘿蔔)﹑淺啡(排骨)
除了帶出淡淡的溫暖感，重點放在濃濃的澱粉質(薯仔)，營造一種視覺及質感的矛盾感覺，2010年秋季的大熱色調是也。

講咁多做咩呢~
